1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to our services or accessing our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

SaaSential currently offers the following services:

  • Early access to GODsavemymoney (currently in beta testing).

  • A training program, available online or in person (two courses included per month).

  • Access to the Dream Team, our exclusive community for collaboration and financial growth.

  • Subscription plans starting at €4.99/month, €9.99/month, €14.99/month, and €19.99/month (premium access).

A free plan will also be available when GODsavemymoney is officially launched.

3. Beta Version Disclaimer

GODsavemymoney is currently in beta testing. Features may change, be unstable, or limited. By subscribing, you acknowledge that GODsavemymoney may not function as a final commercial product.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • All subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis.

  • Payment methods accepted: Credit Card, PayPal, SEPA Direct Debit.

  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time.

  • If a subscription is canceled during an active billing cycle, no refunds will be issued for the remaining period.

  • Access to services will remain active until the end of the paid period.

5. Renewals & Billing

  • Subscriptions automatically renew every month on the date of the original purchase.

  • By subscribing, you authorize SaaSential to automatically charge your selected payment method at each renewal date.

  • To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be made before the renewal date.

6. Training Conditions

  • Training includes two sessions per month (online or in person).

  • No rescheduling or cancellation is allowed once registered.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information (name, email, phone number) when subscribing or filling out forms.
You may not misuse GODsavemymoney or our services for illegal purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

SaaSential is not responsible for:

  • Any financial losses resulting from your use of GODsavemymoney.

  • Service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss during the beta phase.

9. Data Collection

We collect basic personal data: name, email, phone number.
A separate Privacy Policy explains how your data is stored and used.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France.
In case of disputes, the courts of Paris, France shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
